Viral Custard Toast

Day 196 (13th March)

Custard toast is all over the internet! I decided to put my own spin on the viral dessert to make a kind of Holi-themed toast.

I added two hefty tablespoons of leftover custard with a tablespoon of caramel to a slice of white bread. On top of this mixture, I added a few pistachios.

I air-fried the bread for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, and it was done!
