Day 96 (03/12): Red Velvet Cookies

These cookies came together in less than an hour! They were soft but also chewy — the best kind of cookies! I think they would've been amazing if they had cream cheese layered between them, but otherwise, they were perfect.

I used a Bake with Shivesh recipe. I've yet to go wrong with even one of his recipes, so props to him!

My family and I chomped these in one sitting with our evening tea. I'd recommend halving the batch; else, you'll end up with a stomach ache because of eating too many cookies. :P
