Mini Macarons For School

Day 221 (7th April)

These mini macarons took me AGES to make. I piped and piped till my hands ached. But I wanted to take them to school on my birthday to feed people, so I persisted and finished them.

Lol, it took me like four hours, not a day. Anyway, this is my favourite macaron recipe, if you're interested.

The custard filling was from Preppy Kitchen.

I dusted some Raspberry Trifle powder that my brother got from London on top, and then they were done!

Also, why does it look like I made five in the picture? I made about 100 :o
