Day 24 (22/09): Vanilla Cake

Hi there! How are you doing?

Okay, this one is kind of cheating - I admit it. While I was making the lunchbox cakes, I had a bit of batter left, which is what I used to make this cake. It wasn’t a fully new recipe, but also, sustainability? (I am sorry for this garbage - hehe, sustainability - post. I’m too tired to function at maximum capacity.)

I added the leftover vanilla batter to the smallest round cake tin I could find. Then, I used whipped cream, some sprinkles, and chocolate chips to decorate!

It turned out kind of cute. I can’t wait to dig into it!
