Day 109 to Day 111: Birthday Cupcakes

Happy birthday, Papa!

I made these cupcakes over three days as party favours for my dad's birthday. Almost all of them were vanilla cupcakes filled with caramel (I had a few chocolate ones sprinkled here and there :o).

They took me an annoyingly long amount of time, but I loved making them! I made Swiss Meringue Buttercream for the first time as the icing and it was SO GOOD. The flowers pipe so well with this buttercream — they look extremely professional.
