An Ideal Cupcake

Day 269 (25th May)

These cupcakes are absolutely delicious. Although they are just simple vanilla cupcakes with whipped cream, they have a certain charm to them. The cherry on top makes them look so cute — just what I would imagine an ideal cupcake to be like.

I made six vanilla eggless cupcakes using my favourite Bake With Shivesh recipe and then made some stabilised whipped cream to go on top.

This whipped cream recipe has the stabilising method that finally worked for me! I'd highly recommend following the exact steps to get a perfect stabilised whipped cream.

I took an Ash Baber-esque picture of the cupcakes. I'm in love :)
